A Few Things to Know Before Your Visit
When should we arrive?
Please arrive five minutes early with everyone dressed and ready. Appointments are scheduled every 15 minutes, and we cannot extend sessions for late arrivals.
Can parents and siblings join the portraits?
Absolutely! Parents and siblings are welcome. For families with more than three children, select "Additional Siblings" when booking.
Can we bring our pets?
Yes! Pets are welcome.
When do we choose our photographs?
You’ll review and select your images during your appointment. Photography, selection, ordering, and payment are all completed within your scheduled 12 minutes.
What should everyone wear?
Christmas pajamas and classic holiday colors photograph beautifully. Avoid large logos, neon colors, and distracting patterns.
When will our portraits be ready?
Digital images are delivered through a private online gallery, with a texted link and access code. Download your portraits by December 31, 2026. Complimentary printed portraits are typically ready within 7–10 days; we’ll contact you for studio pickup.
